The earliest published map reference to "Hardingville" which I have been able to locate is the 1848 "Map of the Counties of Gloucester & Salem". The Locality presently known as Hardingville, originally part of Woolwich Township, became part of Clayton Township in 1858, then part of Elk Township in 1891, and so remains. SOLD
