Large grass green bowl attribute to the Congressville  glass works in New York circa late 19th century.  

Possibly made Morris Holmes  (1847–1927) he was a skilled glassblower who worked at the  Congressville Glass Works  (active ca. 1865–1890) in Saratoga, New York. He is well-known for creating "whimseys"—decorative, free-blown glass items like pipes, hats, and pitchers often characterized by a distinctive, high-quality style produced during the mid-to-late 19th century.
