I very nice and large highly decorated pottery toy whistle possibly American probably English mid to late 19th century.Large and colorful and it has a nice dove like sound.one or two minor chips.Id say the clay is redware but after firing the clay lightened to grey color in spots. You will love it! 6 inches high
